ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Find Your Buzz LLC will make every effort to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipment caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Find Your Buzz LLC pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return and refund policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at sales@findyourbuzz.com to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
